Refund Policy
Effective Date: 4/11/2025

Thank you for shopping with Tyson Pete. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
     
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
     

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
     
  • Downloadable software or digital products
     
  • Personalized or custom-made items
     

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
     
  • If rejected, we will notify you with a reason and may offer an exchange or store credit, where applicable.
     

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
     
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
     
  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
